Final Sale

All purchases made on our website are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.

Exchanges for Defective Items

In the rare case that you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, we will gladly assist with an exchange.

To request an exchange:

Email us at sobyrachita@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please include a clear unboxing video or photo showing the issue along with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once the request is verified, we will arrange a pickup of the item and dispatch the replacement as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
  • Requests for returns or refunds will not be entertained.


Unboxing Video Requirement

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us resolve claims regarding damaged or missing items quickly.

Important: Claims related to missing items cannot be processed without video proof.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For all approved exchanges, a shipping and handling fee of ₹350 (may vary based on location) will be charged. This amount covers the pickup and delivery of the exchanged item and must be borne by the customer.

Customers must also ensure they inform us within the specified timeline to be eligible for an exchange.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

If you receive a defective sale item or the wrong product, please report it within 2 days of delivery with the required proof.
