To provide a reliable delivery experience, we ship all orders through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During sale periods or high-volume events, processing may take 3–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Any orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for certain regions, including South India and the North-East, even when using the fastest courier services.

While we ensure quick processing and dispatch from our end, delivery timelines once the parcel is handed over to the courier are beyond our direct control.

We currently ship all orders using Delhivery, one of India’s leading logistics providers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

You can use this tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.
Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

Lost or Missing Parcels

At SO…! By Rachita, we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely.

In the rare case that your parcel is lost in transit or not delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Our team will raise a dispute with the courier partner and initiate an investigation.

Please note:

Claims cannot be raised after 72 hours of the shipment being marked as delivered by the courier.
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided tracking link.
Investigation timelines from courier partners may take 10–21 days.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after official confirmation from the courier partner.

We understand that such situations can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while the investigation is completed.

Reshipping Policy

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, it will be considered a Return to Origin (RTO) shipment.

In such cases:

The order will not be cancelled or refunded.
The customer will be required to pay a reshipping fee of ₹199 for the order to be sent again.

Returned shipments incur high RTO charges, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring successful delivery.
